BEWARE!!! AJ MADISON WAS A NIGHTMARE. I BOUGHT SEVERAL APPLIANCES FROM THEM, THE REFRIGERATORS WERE DEFECTIVE AND THE MOTORS BLEW OUT IN 2 YEARS. SINCE THE WARRANTY WAS USELESS, I HAD TO REPLACE BOTH OF THEM. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER APPLIANCES PURCHASED FOR RENTAL UNITS.

Well I just read that A.J. Madison has horrible customer service, and based on my experience this past week, I wold have to disagree. We purchased the Whirlpool Duet HT Washer http://www.ajmadison.com/cgi-bin/ajmadis... and the matching dryer, and although there was a little confusion about the delivery between the warehouse and myself, my sales rep Devorah worked everything out, and gave us the installation for free because of the mix-up. This was on top of free delivery, and a $200 discount that the store already gave us as the set was on sale. Through out this process they were polite and understanding and did everything they could to make this process go as smoothly as possible. I've read some of the other reviews on AJ Madison and I think they must be talking about a different company as my experience has been amazing from start to finish. I researched a Thermador Range on their website, placed the order with their helpful sales department and had it delivered immediately, in perfect condition. Due to a manufacturing defect in the range, I had to have it serviced 6 times (not AJ's fault) and I was so mad that I spent $5000 on a range that had to be repairs 6 times in 9 months, I didn't know what to do. I called Thermador, I called the local repair center, no one would help me figure out what was wrong with the range as no one could get it to work. I figured I just had a lemon and came to find out they discontinued my model that year. Now I know why...
