I bought a new air conditioner from Air Wave and when they delivered it, it happened to be defective. But the company sent another crew back with a brand new air conditioner the SAME day. This company's customer service is amazing. I don't plan on dealing with any other company but Air Wave from now on!

I had the extreme bad luck of an A/C breakdown on a Friday p.m. before a three-day weekend in sweltering heat with work that needed to get done at home. This vulture was only too happy to pounce, charging me double the going retail rate for my unit, as well as demanding I tip the installer $100 to install it on a Friday p.m. The total cost was about $850 to have a $400 AC installed. The moral of this story: run your A/C for several days in April and make sure it's functional before you get that first heat wave!
