I called this company on the weekend. they gave me a time frame for my appointment that was kept. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had our ac fixed and cooling in less than an hour. We will call Air Technology for our ac problems in the future.

i was told my air handler had black mold and it could not be cleaned, that i had to buy a new one. no one did any testing - they simply said i had black mold. after installation i had "garbage" coming out o fmy ducts and cold air coming out of the unit in the garage. no one fixed it until i got a lawyer.

After calling 2 other AC companies that said they could not come out until the next day, I found Air Technology's number on the internet. They were able to come out with in 2 hours and they had the parts on their truck to get my air conditioner fixed on that visit. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

When my air stopped working I called Air Technology after a getting a recommendation from my friend. They came out and replaced the air compressor. After a day I started hearing a rattling noise from my outside unit again. My husband called and was told by an employee it was because our unit was so old. Two days later I found that one of the fan blades had seared off after vibrating loose. I called Air Tech back and right away they sent someone over. They admitted that the employee should never had made an assumption over the phone and should have sent someone out to look at our unit. They realized he had put the an indoor compressor on my outside unit and it was the wrong size. They immediately repaired it at no cost. I called them back to price quote a new unit for my home. Their quote was the best quote with the best equipment. I will be calling them back for all my future a/c needs.
