air kool pending lawsuit‎

I'm gathering evidence against this company for non compliance with their contract"parts & service labor warranty" I called for service on my upstairs unit and the AK service person "fixed" my downstairs unit(which was fine) and then claimed my upstairs unit was working. During the past six weeks (since the first call) my unit which could have been repaired became frozen. Carlos (the owner) said "I choose not to go back" Hence, the pending lawsuit. If you've had similar experinces please forward them to me .I'm also intrested in hearing from you if you were billed for a replacement pvc pipe that was the cause of "drainage problems" Thank you Benjamin bsherr@kingzak.com‎
