At the end of last summer we started hearing a loud noise on our unit. We have been very lucky with our Heil unit. I walked out and gave it a look, it certainly needed a professional. But, we were going to wait it out, since summer was almost over. We knew it obviously wasn't going to fix itself, but surely it would make the rest of the season, if it wasn't used that much I thought. Late one day, it became clear we needed to call somebody, so we started down the list and just luckily landed on Luquire. I was really impressed at how well the everything went, from when we called the office...I didn't want somebody to come out that evening which I would have thought would cost much more as an emergency call, but I was assured that is not the way it works with them. When the serviceman arrived, he quickly determined what was wrong and after looking in his truck and calling in to see if the could locate it that evening, informed us that he wouldn't be able to secure one until the next morning. He put it all back together, cleaned it out, so that it could be run that evening. He returned early the next day and replaced the part. The price was a little less than he even thought after they got the part. He left and we were all happy. A little later, there was a minor noise that wasn't there prior to the loud noise that had prompted my first call, so I called back. A little later that day, the servicman returned made some adjustments (without additional cost) and we were all happy again. I highly recommend this company, they are professional, they are fair and they know what they are doing!!
