worst service i've ever had

the manager would not believe tha i didnt recieve the hose for the washer he aquisrd me of stealing it. i wanted to setup so i can have my payment taken out of my visa every month .he refuse to take my payment, and calls me every 2 weeks to make a payment and i pay by the month.my payment is due evry month on the third and this month he refuse to take my paymet...i dont think he likes black people.
