The folks at AIM are unresponsive. They take months to make repairs (if ever done at all). They NEVER NEVER NEVER answer the phone (it doesnt matter who you're trying to reach, or the time of day--it all goes straight to voicemail). They also rarely return emails.

Interestingly enough, they'll always cash your rent check ASAP, despite paying on time or even early, repairs are still not made in a timely manner.

They are the worst. Avoid them like the plague!

I am sorry if you are reading this after you rent a property from them. We moved from out of state and I used a realtor *thank god* to help us find something. She was not familiar with the company, but has protected our interest with every correspondence to Aim. They are very quick to get nasty and unprofessional. The less they have to do, the better.

The home is pretty, but was not cleaned inside or out. When I say not cleaned, it was disgusting. The last thing you need to deal with when you move in is a disgusting home.

Do your self a favor and stay away from these lazy, unprofessional, property managers. Unless you are a slumlord, then they are right up your alley.

Get a realtor first that will work hard to find you the right rental. Just make sure they are familiar with the listing agents. This is your credit and once you sign a lease, your obligated and can't break it just because they are rude.

If you are looking to Lease a property, or find a management company for your property steer clear of Aim! I have been an AIM tenant for 9 months and can't wait until my lease is up! The majority of the AIM staff are rude and impossible. Repairs take months, and they accept no responsibility for any faults. I am in frequent contact with the owner of the property because my requests for repairs are ignored. Most of the time, when I speak with the owner, he has know idea that repair requests have been made.
In fact, when I moved in I found the unit filthy, including putrid cheese in the refrigerator, urine in the toilets, stains on the carpets, black mold on the window sills and slime and dirt all over the bath and shower. I sent an email with photos to the owner of AIM who forwarded it to the "repairs specialist" who then told me I "needed to stop being childish". The repair specialist has even gone as far as lying to other tenants saying all the other tenants have made complaints about them. While sitting in the AIM office awaiting my keys before move in , this same repair specialist, screamed "These F@#*&^% tenants are Retarded!" to another staff member. When she noticed me sitting in the reception area, she ducked into a cubicle.
To use the word "service" to describe any thing that AIM Realty provides is a joke. I can't wait to move!
