Nice people, but not responsible
I walked in with two Fedex packages and asked if the Fedex truck had picked up from there yet. They have a Fedex sign in the window. I was told no, that
Fedex picks up at 4pm. Long story short, my package took an extra day to get into the Fedex system. They're not a Fedex dealer and do not get pick-ups from Fedex... Fedex customer service researched this and informed me of their findings. They used to be a Fedex agent, but not anymore. Their irresponsible behavior cost me a lot of strain and money - shame on them for being unethical.

I love this place!!! I got there for everything! I make copies, buy stamps, ship packages, get things notarized, etc, etc. The staff is wonderful! They even have a little kids table with coloring stuff to keep the kids busy! My kids even love this place! They get exited when I tell them we are going to the mail store!
