I think that the Aiken Barnwell Mental Health Center does offer assistance and help for those who need it. I think that one has to find someone that he/she is comfortable sharing experiences and feelings with. There are some good counselors here, but again, I caution everyone to make sure that he/she is comfortable with the person that they are working with.
