Well, Aida's Bridal is great low cost is cheaper than places around that area, Customer Service is great!!!! The owner is a wonderful lady that wants to make your special event perfect and is very helpful. She made a beautiful dress for my daughter and all her friends, the dresses were lovely and well made, plus the prices was very reasonable. Anything I needed she would make it or find for me. She brought a lovely crown for my daughters dress that was so perfect!!! I would so recommend Aida's Bridal to everyone that wants a dress or decorations for an event! The owner is very sweet and helpful and she can help you out!

The owner of the business promises you the moon and the stars and the day of the big event, she brings you darkness.

All brides? maids? dresses were made either to long or to short, not altered correctly, once out of fabric come to find out the day of the event you have two different shades of the same color.

Groomsmen with the wrong suit or were ordered to big or to small. Groom asked for beige and they bring him a white suite. Makes bridal party come so many times for fittings and you still end up not getting what they wanted.

This place is outrages, unprofessional; unorganized would not recommend anyone to ever set foot on this place of business. Its better to pay a little more and get what you pay for.

Reception Decorations: Most of the linens for the tables were dirty and had spots in them, chair covers were short and or not enough to cover all the chairs.

Once everything was done and over with, owner gave attitude and did not take contructive criticism in a positive way.

My overall experince was quite interesting, everything seemmed beautiful in the begining. Once everything ended, it was a nightmare.
