Love this place, always a warm smile from everyone when there.

Ok folks some business have growing pains. Employees feel cheated when old owners sell, employees feel cheated when they are not informed of new management until after the fact. I too have sold & bought 8 buisness over the past 30+ years in the food industry the first 6 months are the most challenging. I have been a long time customer and have only seen all the front desk people ( & yes michelle) handle customers with grace, poise, professionalism and a smile. They go above & beyond I have never seen a business go above & beyond to make customers welcomed & respected. As far as massages, I have never had a cheap or bad massage there, they only exceed my massage experience expectations. I highly recommend to every one this massage location and do not put stock in disgruntle past employees whom I would bet have been fired.

I used to work for Ahhh! Massage. I was hired by Mark & Vicki, the previous owners. It was such a pleasant place to work! Unfortunately, I know they had to sell.

I've had the "pleasure" of meeting the new owner, Michelle. Like others here have mentioned, she is cold and unfriendly. I do know other therapists who work there, and they say that is her normal personality, along with paranoid, childish and vendictive. She also is not a massage therapist, so what does she know about providing top of the line massage and body treatment services to clients of the clinic? I've also spoken with several of my former clients, and they are equally unhappy with her, the way the clinic is being ran, and the experiences they have had in the last 6 months.

I know that Ahhh! Massage is one of the places in town that offers "affordable" massages, but where do you draw the line between affordable and cheap? Do not waste your time and hard earned money on a low quality massage or a body treatment by their untrained staff!

Ahhh massage is the fast food of massage. I explained to the "therapist," that I have trigger points along the Erectors Spinae, and that I wanted trigger point therapy, she did know know where these muscle/tendon groups were located. Their website claims:

"Ahhh!Massage is a revolutionary concept in health clubs that replaces workout equipment with relaxing and invigorating massage treatments at an affordable price."

What exactly does that mean? If you sign up for their membership, you will no longer need gym equipment to keep your muscles toned and your body fit? I would like the owners to explain how massage replaces all the benefits workout equipment offers.

The massage left much to be desired. The front desk was manned by a very unpleasant middle aged woman, whom I was told is the owner. Ahhh Massage is a crock. Don't waste your money or time. I highly recommend you spend the extra cash and treat yourself to a quality massage in a real salon.

I recieved a massage from Christina. By far the best massage I have had to date. Unfortunatly, Ahhh Massage is under new ownership and I have to say I probably will not be going back due to the new owner. She is unfriendly and cold; I witnessed the new owner scolding a therapist in the reception area. This is not good business. This place lacks the peaceful ease it once had. Ambiance is just as important as the quality of massage one receives, and this place definately lacks ambiance and warmth. The discord is palpable as soon as you walk in the front door.
