I took my PC in for no boot. They call me 2 days later with my pc "fixed" due a power supply proboem. I pay the $ they asked and when I came home my PC was the same way when I left it. I called to complain and the "Owner" Justin? told me that it was another problem because in their shop the PC worked well after changing the Power supply. I asked for my money back and he accused me of trying to steal his "New Power Supply" that they installed...The invoice say they charged me $79 in house labor per hour power suply.

A total disatisfaction.

Agility saved me. I went in and was told by another local company they could not do anything for me. I brought my computer in to agility and they were able to save all my files and pictures. They have great customer service, and the ability to save your files when all shops were not. I will be back to do business again.<br />
