I have used them 3 times and every time they "forgot" to wash my kitchen and bathroom floors. I mentioned it to them the second time and had to ask for a discount. The third time they came I reiterated to the cleaners (mind you, there were two of them for a one bedroom apt.) that the floors had to be cleaned and to not forget. They agreed and of course it was not done! I left a "disappointing" message on their machine on that day (which was a Saturday, office not open) and come Monday afternoon they still had not called me. When calling them, they just played dumb. The maids also had a tendency to be late and did not realize you had to call and let you know! A very frustrating experience. I do not recommend them.‎
