Hello, Please accept this commendation for outstanding customer service. I called for an appointment on Saturday 10/10/2009. When I spoke to Bruce, his professionalism sold me on your company. We set an appointment for today (10/12/2009 @ 10:00AM). At 9:50AM, Bruce and (Chris?) arrived and presented themselves in a professional manner. They quickly surveyed the work to be done and began working immediately. The entire job took about 1 hour and was done to perfection. During the course of the work being done, I learned Bruce and Chris have connections to obtaining antique hardware for my house ( Paul R.Williams Design) My neighborhood (Lafayette Square) has a lot of antique houses and older windows and doors. I will be writing a recommendation for your business in our neighborhood news letter. Thanks Again ! George Smith‎
