Just fixed my dryer in 10 minutes, did not try to upsell
I hate having stuff repaired because well, I don't like strange people in my house and I hate being upsold. Our dryer broke which was major because I haven't done laundry in a while and there's a huge pile. We called this morning to schedule an appointment. They could have come within the hour but we weren't going to be home. The service guy, Steve, arrived within the window of time they said. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. But before he fixed it, he gave us an exact quote and told my husband what it would include and what it wouldn't. My husband appreciated the details and thought he was the best repair guy we'd ever had. They have a coupon on their website for $20 off a repair so our bill was $100 in labor, no parts. We got their number from LG America.

Quick service, qualified personal.
Really fast service , tech came in less then 2 hr from the time i called, ( I had two techs from different companies that coudnt even figure out the problem ) this guy came, figure it out in 15 min, and even had a part in his van.
