I CALLED TO FIND OUT ABOUT PUTTING MY CAT TO SLEEP BECAUSE HE WAS VERY ILL. WHEN IT WAS ALL SAID AND DONE THEY CHARGED ME $253.00 TO PUT HIM TO SLEEP... THIS WAS A BIG SHOCK TO ME AND WAS NOT AFFORDABLE AT ALL... ON TOP OF LOSING MY PET THEY CHARGED WAY TO MUCH... AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS NOT HELPFUL WHAT SO EVER...

I have read in other reviwes that the service during the weekends was not as good; but since my pet was sick I had to call to make an appointment. Well, turns out that the receptionist hanged-up on me; I called the second time and she did not even appologized and put me on hold. Decided to look for another Vet.
