Decent place, long wait
I have been there twice, and both times have had to wait 30-45 minutes. The last time I went, despite having a 10am appointment, I never even got to see the doctor because I had to return to work. As of 10:45am (with me still waiting) I told them I had to leave because I had things to do at work, and they seemed to not really care. I think the office is just poorly organized, or at least that is the impression I got having spent so much time in the waiting room.

If you have a free day, then certainly go here as the doctor is very nice, but don't be fooled into thinking that its financial district location means you can make an appointment during the day and not have it take up a lot of time.

Not a good experience for me
Maybe my experience was unusual. I went there to have a small blemish on my face looked at. It had been there for several weeks. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes. There was no apology or explanation for the wait. The doctor didn't seem to have any idea what was wrong but decided I needed a shot for it. I let her give me the shot, but it didn't help. Both the receptjion staff and the doctor seemed very interested in getting me in for cosmetic procedures. The office in San Francisco is close to my office. However, since I was kept waiting for 45 minutes and then got a hard sell for cosmetic procedures, I decided that I wouldn't go back under any circumstances. I later when to my regular dermatologist and he gave me a cream and pills for the blemish and it finally went away.

Aesthetic Dermatology - Stephanie Cullinane, P.A.
I have been to this office at least three times in the last month and a half and each visit has been as pleasant as possible. Stephanie Cullinane is extremely friendly, understanding and non-judgmental. I do recommend a visit with Stephanie Cullinane if the doctor you're calling for is unavailable - that's how I got in and don't regret having said yes. She even laughed when I told her... "I like you and all, but I hope I don't have to see you again any time soon!" Thanks a bunch for treating my benign, albeit annoying, condition!

Great P.A.- Recommend
When I woke up one morning with a huge itchy spot on my face I was freaked out and wanted to see someone ASAP. I called Aesthetic Derm and they fit me in within an hour and a half with Stephaine Cullinane. She was extremely sweet ,and explained everything to me [Shingles at age 28- yikes!!]. I have recommended her to others who all have thanked me- I highly recommend her.

Worst experience with a doctor
I've never felt compelled to write on here, but here I go! This man acted like I was the biggest nuisance of his day. He barely listened to me speak, treated me like I was an idiot (I'm not, just a little ignorant), gave me a shot without warning, didn't give me a band-aid for my bleeding wound, and hurried me out of the office pawning me off to his p.a. for next month. Seriously revolting. I HIGHLY don't recommend!
