Safety issues, lack of honesty, x2 events
Complete denial of any wrong doing or mistakes on two important service issues.
major damage of cosmetic pieces on wheel hubbs, brake related installtion issue on another service.
We will no longer trade there under any condition, we will divert other buisness to local quality honest shops.
I am taking the most recent specific incident to the Better buisness Bereau as well as the shop owmer, i am also contaqcting Michellin.
There are too many good dealers and shops that do not lie to your face.
This was beyond belief.
