unprofessional‎

Had an appointment for 8:00 AM. I was there 10 minutes early. Checked in, sat down (unheated, uncomfortable) waiting room. Sat for 1 hour. I asked why my car hadn't been seen yet. I received a flip response and then the workers took my car into the shop and started laughing and talking about me asking about my car. I stopped work before it was started and left. Took my business and my money elsewhere.‎
