That says it all. I spend 10-12 hours a day sitting at a computer so believe me, I need all the help I can get.

This office is the BEST!! I can't say enough fantastic things about the chiropractors here, Dr. Mark Elliott and Dr. Debra Asakura. They truly care about your health and ways to improve it as best as they can!! They offer traditional chiropractic care - adjustments (of course) and traction and electrical stimulation - and then they offer additional treatment types like spinal decompression and even therapies that I hadn't known of before I came here like oxygen, vibrational, and laser therapy. I came to them with disc degeneration, quite a large herniated disc in my lower back (1 cm) and sciatica pain. I felt wobbly and unsure on my feet, like my back would "give out" at pretty much anytime. Even with all of this, I was determined NOT to have surgery. Before seeing them, I had been to other chiropractors who did the basics adjustments. Then, I found them!! They got me through an acute phase of back and sciatica issues but they didn't stop there. They wanted me to have the best life that I could have and told me about this INCREDIBLE rehab program that corrects your spine and posture - The Pettibon System. (Check out Pettibon System on the web). At first I didn't think I would even bet a candidate for it but I was fortunately wrong and began the program. It definitely takes work and commitment and isn't cheap but it's so worth it get your health and life back. This program - along with Dr. Elliott's continous support and dedication - improved my posture, my back and sciatica issues, and has drastically changed my life!! So if you're looking for a Chiropractic office that truly has your best interest at heart, is cutting edge, and strives to provide you with long-term benefits; do give them a try!! Oh, and as an extra bonus, most nights they're open till 7 pm!!

The only reason the other commenter gave them 5 stars is because they most likely do get good service BECAUSE their insurance covers it - they would not be signing the same tune if they didn't have good insurance or were cash customers. Yes, good care is worth paying for, but this office is very inflexible with patients needs when it comes to those with lower incomes. The front desk gal has no mercy or feelings AT ALL. Gave an extra star because if you get to the doctor he might give you a little break which you then have to relay to the gal upfront who might cut you some slack. Some chiropractors charge more than they really should - this is one of them.

I have never seen a Chiropractic Doctor put so much effort in the things he believed in. Dr. Elliott and Dr. Asakura are awesome doctors they ALWAYS give 199.9% percent of their time and care to each and every patient that walks in their door. I love this place! my family comes to Dr. Elliot and Dr. Asakura for neck and back problems for years now. In fact, I will be coming in next week!
