BEWARE! Believe it or not, this shop was recommended by Sony for repairs. That's why entrusted my once-pristine TV's non-warranty service to these gorillas. Three (!) months later, after $450 of repairs (paid with a debit card over the phone), my friend picked up the TV with his SUV remarking I shouldn't have wasted that much money on a set that was all scratched up. There were NO cosmetic defects on the set when I took it in. I complained to Tally the manager (who works only four hours a day) and she was immovable, saying the company is not responsible for "damage that occurs after it leaves our property." We are headed to small claims court. NO WONDER THIS BUSINESS HAS AN "F" RATING FROM THE BBB, WITH 36 COMPLAINTS!
