Unprofessional‎

This is one of the most unprofessional office ever. I visited that office today and the lady in the front desk Melissa did not acknowledge me. I purchased some products from them and when I left they called me 5 minutes later stating that they under charge me. After being on the phone for 10-15 minutes and the lady telling me that i am not listening to her they finally realized that they was wrong and I was right. I did not get an apology...nothing.‎
