They Rip-me off!! and Bad Work!

Beware of the worker, before we installed we agreed on the price $75, but when installing it he said it dont fit so he said he will do some modification but the only modification he did is just bent the pipe and hammer it. he raised the price to $95 and when i drove it, it was rattling and hitting something under. and another thing they wont provide a receipt! by the way the guy who install it, he asking to give him a tip after doing a lousy job!‎
