I was referred to this office by a friend that said I had to try them out. I was more skeptical than anything else because lets face it, a dentist is a dentist. I personally think they are all masochist. I was due for a checkup; I had not been to the dentist in about 5 years, so I decided to try Advance Dental Art out. From the moment I walked it, I started changing my opinion of dentist. I was greeted in the front by a friendly staff member, Benjamin. I thought it was weird to have a man in the front, but he was a nice guy and seemed to know what he was doing. I saw the dentist in less than 5 minutes from my arrival and got a very thorough exam and cleaning. As I figured, I had a lot of work to do, but they gave me several options based on price and quality. Benjamin at the front went over everything with me and even explained how my insurance worked. I still hate going to the dentist, but this office is run very well and they have great customer service.

I went to advance dental art today because a friend of mine at the healing room sent me in. After speaking with the gentleman at the front desk, I found out that these guys don't do any advertising at all. I didn't understand how a business could survive in this economy without marketing until I actually had my appointment. They don't market because their patients spread the word for them. I am a very hesitant person when it comes to putting my name behind a company, but these guys are in a league of their own. The office is run by the Manager Benjamin. He handles all of the financial while the dentist, Dr. Phil handles the dentistry. It works well because the Dentist showed me what needed to be done, and the manager let me know what the options were for getting it done. Most Dental offices that I have been to feel like an oil change where they are constantly trying to upgrade everything, this is the exact opposite. They showed me pictures of what the problems were and gave me a good, better, and best approach to fixing them.I am finishing my treatment with this office and will continue to go for regular checkups. I have already referred my family in and 3 people from my office.This is a fantastic office and I am proud to recommend them.Jeremy

A friend referred me over to Dr. Phil and they were totally right. The Dentist was nice and Gentle and the staff were very friendly and personal. Benjamin in the front told me that they try and treat everyone as if they were family members and they really do. It is a great office and I will send them everyone I know!

I have been taking my daughter to Advance Dental Art of Orange County for a year and I would not go to anyone else. Walking into the office gives you a great impression about what your experience will be like. Benjamin and the staff are caring, sweet and do everything they can to make each visit a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The technique, demeanor, and care of everyone is fabulous. The doctor has a gentle touch and makes you feel very comfortable. My daughter always enjoys her appointments and looks forward to going back each time. Anyone who fears the dentist or is looking for an amazing family dentist, needs to visit Advance Dental Arts and experience what an amazing dentist office should be like.
