It is usually a long wait to be helped at the parts counter, due mostly to the slow employees. Even with a single person in front of me, I waited 10 minutes just to ask which model of light bulb fits my turn indicator. When ever I go to Pep Boys, they have enough people who work fast enough to get me out of there in about 5 minutes. There is also a larger selection and better parking.
