I went in there about three weeks ago and I was greeted in a friendly manner. I am always stand offish when I deal with anyone about car things. Because I have been treated like I was dumb in the past.
I was looking for a chilltons auto manual for a cavalier. I wasn't sure what year it was. The clerk took the time to look it up for me and find the right one and show me the index and where to start reading to fix a problem. THEN he told me that another manual was on sale cheaper and it was just as good! He saved me $5.00. I was so happy I paid and went to leave and almost forgot my change. I was just happy that he took the time to help me and go above and beyond by finding it cheaper. AND he never once treated me like I was a stupid female that didn't belong. I have gotten that feeling other places.
I would highly recommend this place to go for any and ALL of you car needs. Two thumbs up! Frequent shopper!
