Honorable Manager‎
The alternator went out in my car during rush hour traffic and my car was stuck in the middle of the road for over an hour. It was going to take the tow truck 3 hours to arrive, so my husband decided to find an alternator and put it in himself. We ended up at this location just before closing time. The manager, Jorge Rasmuessen, was very helpful to us. He then went out of his way to help us a couple of weeks later when we were unable to find the receipt for a partial refund when the old alternator was turned in. These days lots of companies talk about service, but Mr. Rasmuessen delivered. Thank you, sir! Gene & Vicky Sunrise FL‎
