Customer service much to be desired
Well, I showed up. Got my part went to check out. But, the person on the counter was using the telephone. After waiting for a couple of minutes finally someone else showed up and asked me if I was ready to checkout. Then he took the part, scanned it, at that moment a call came in and well it was waiting time fro me again. He proceeded to talk for a couple of minutes then finally he told me how much and I paid and was on my way. Why when you are already on the store do somebody else telephone calls take priority. This is not the only Advance Auto parts I've had this problem.
