Dr. Kwong was very friendly & helpful by ViVi P. at InsiderPages
The office was pretty busy and almost filled with people. Even though I had an appointment with Dr. Wong initially, I was asked if I wanted to see Dr. Kwong instead (probably because of the long wait). He was very nice and helpful with the problems I had, and gave me lots of samples (including a $180 inhaler). I'd give 5 stars to Dr. Kwong if it wasn't for the busy office & one of the receptionist ladies (they were all young & there were at least 4-5 of them) who I thought was a bit condescending when she was speaking to me about my insurance. At any rate, I'd still recommend this place because it's the doctor that matters the most. He also seemed very sympathetic to my problems because he has allergies too!

PROS: Upbeat, friendly & helpful doctor
CONS: Busy office
