ADT Security, STAY AWAY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Total rip-off, stay away and go with another alarm/security company. This is a take the money and run business.. I had an alarm and vidoe system installed, within days we had a break in and theft. The system did not work, so naturally we wanted the system removed, so began the ADT run around and no call back system. At fault Customer Service, they will not return calls, emails or letters.
