I participated in a focus group there a year ago and everything went fine. They have since called me for 5 focus groups they take 15 minutes to qualify me. In every case they told me I was qualified for the study. In every case they signed me up for a focus group and in every case they have called me back to cancel! Please do not trust this company with your important research! Organizational skills are the most important skills a market research company can have. If they can't even get the number of people in a focus group right how good can their stats be?
