I don't how the guys here get back their stuff on the sam day. I have a av receiver sent to them for service with a minor problem, but it takes them long time!

I had a Sony video camera that the internal charging unit went out and it took them about 5 days to get back with me with an estimate. It was double the amount I paid for the camera 3 years before and on top of it, I subsequently found 2 other reputable places to repair my camera for 1/5th of what Adams wanted.

This is the 4th time I've taken things to them or asked for their help on finding parts and they are so expensive to deal with, that I honestly don't know how they stay in business.

Saturday morning I took my computer in and was received by a professional staff.Later that same day, I was contacted by their computer repair technician with a full explanation of what happened and my options.
