This is a great bookstore. Great for collectors and great for people like me who only read paperback books. I can get them here for 40% of the current price. The bookstore has more than 45,000 books ranging from the adventure story paperbacks (the type I like) to serious and valuable literature.
Besides the friendly store cats, Bartleby and Felixia, who hide in the shelves and preside over the shop at the night, the shop is extraordinary for ist space and depth of content. With over 100 categories of books, 2 rooms full of foreign languages, and out-of print philosophy, literary, and religious titles, this two sotry store is a book lover’s paradise.

Truly top quality inventory and knowledgeable staff. I love the store and have shopped there for twenty years. Most strongly recommended. If you like to read good books as I do, you can't do better than Adams Avenue Books.

The Adams Avenue Bookstore is a pretty good store. They sell a wide variety of books in all the major subjects. They also have some hard to find and out of print books that they sell if you are a collector. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They can help you find the books you are looking for and if they dont have it in their store they will even check other bookstores for you.
