We bourght our TSX from Acura of Brookfield. It could not have made it a better experience if I'd written the script myself. We flew from Houston to Chicago to visit family then took a train to Brookfield to pick up our new car to drive back to TX. Our sales rep Eric arranged transportation from the train station. The car was ready to go when we arrived. Every Acura employee we interfaced with treated us like royalty. They had a bouquet of fresh flowers on the hood of the car. The car is a wonderful! We put it on the road the next day and drove to Houston using the GPS. The following week we received home baked cookies in the mail along with a follow up letter from Acura. The service could not have been better and the car...well its an Acura!

We received extra service and are extra friendly salespeople. Their prices are outstanding and they treat you like you are a king. We even received flowers when we picked up our car.

Well, if you're buying an acura, especially a new one, they better treat you well...and this dealership certainly does. They were so nice to us every time we went in for service checks or just getting an oil change. They always washed the car for us, too. They definitely know how to treat customers. You can tell they want you to come back.
