This company will SCREW YOU! DO NOT USE THEM! They charged me nearly $50 to put my move on a credit card (but never warned me ahead of time) and you're in such a hurry and so frazzled when moving, you won't notice it on the paper they have you sign. THEN, I'd had a HUGE conversation with them about having to move an upright antique piano and they ASSURED me they'd handle it with TLC, they were certified, etc... well, the guys got there (one adult, 2 young skinny boys) and they had NO idea they'd be moving a piano (worth $7,000) so they were ill-equipped (as in NO equipment), they dropped it down a step, broke off a wheel and tossed it around like a rag doll. THEN, they hid it on the list of inventory, had me sign the paper & therefore, the company would NOT cover the breakage of the piano. It was a MESS to get them to even ADMIT they'd MOVED the piano. NOT kidding, I was on the phone with this company DURING the move saying how disappointed I was, and then no less than 10 more times AFTER the move & they never covered any of the damage and it nearly took me promising my first born to them to remove the $50 credit card usage charge. I'm telling you, I would NEVER recommend this ridiculous moving company to ANYONE. TRUST ME, they will rook you out of every dime you have.
