For starters, the "driver" was completely rude, swearing constantly, driving like an idiot, tailing people, speeding, and all the while im thinking, wow I can't believe this person got hired at all. If you have a business to run,and customers to serve, why would you talk and drive like that? Do not waste your time with this terrible company.

They are just horrible! I called them up last night to reserve a taxi in advance for today morning and they confirmed the reservation. However, the taxi did not show up in the morning. I waited for 10 minutes and then called their number..the lady said that it will arrive soon..she did not give me any timeframe....when the taxi did not show up for next 10 minutes i called them again but this time they did not pick the phone..i kept calling for around 25 minutes but there was no response. I was frustrated and annoyed..i called another cab service and got the cab. I will never get ACME taxi again‎

The worst service ever experienced.... Waited for 35 minutes, called three times....

I used them several times but they have been very slow lately. I wait for over an hour then call again and they either say they don't have anyone, that the driver is on the way, or whatever to keep me hanging. I'm tired of their song and dance and will use other cab companies.. One dispatcher got indignant with me for calling and asking what was going on. Well, kiss my money goodbye, ACME.‎

worst service ever on phone and in person i missed doctors appointment after making an appointment with them the night before used to use them all the time couple years ago but things have change customer services has gone away now they dont answer phones you wait on hold for someone then when they finally get there driver is mad and complaining about dispatcher cab smells and made noises that scared me all the way to doctors office the windows were so dirty u couldnt see out of them and the radio was busy with people arguing and threating each other the dispatchers voice was the same as person on the phone with no manners at all i will never use them again what hes happened to customer service
