I wish I would have found out about them before I had them open
I wish I would have found out about them before I had them open my door! I got locked out and had to get in my House. They came an hour late and still over charged me.. the Owner (I assume) was rude to me in spite of that!

While on a trip to Cincinnati, I was in Covington Ky and I
While on a trip to Cincinnati, I was in Covington Ky and I locked my keys in my car. (I know I should have had AAA) I called the local locksmith to open the door of my car. They were late, rude to me over the phone and pricey. Take my advice.. and don't lock yur keys in your car in Covington, but if you do don't call them.

Acme lock has terrible service. They kept us waiting for over an hour. Hey, I understand things happen but when I called to complain to the owners, they are uncouth and harsh. I guess they have a hard time accepting their customers ...
