When it comes to hair and beauty, PRESTON at Acme is the perfectly balanced professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, but not at all pushy; is a good listener, but will also offer his opinion if asked; he is warm and kind, but also has a silly/sassy side as well; he just seems to be a lovely all around person. PRESTON listened to my concerns/desires/etc.. about my hair (coming off a horrible experience at another salon), did his thing, and I left an hour and a half later feeling like a new person. And it didn't stop there - I have been loving my new cut for 2 months now. I'm not overly dramatic about my hair - I've had a couple sub par cuts in my day and whatever, it grows back, but when you do have a great cut it can transform your whole attitude/ outlook. I live in San Jose and just happened to stop by Acme, by chance. It is an amazing and unbelievable treat to have a hair cut with Carol Anderberg at the Acme Salon. It is the first time in a long time that a hair dresser actually did what I wanted, and not what she is used to do. I am very happy with Carol and love the Salon?s atmosphere. I highly recommend it to everyone, no matter how simple or sophisticated your taste may be. 5 ***** for Carol.
