I went to Ace to get a keg cut open (I brew beer at home) and to have a 7/8" drain hole drilled in it as well. I spoke with Charlie (apparently the owner) about the job. I showed him exactly what I needed, and he said I would have to bring the drain nozzle assembly in to see what size it was. I told him again, 7/8", and drew the area where it needed to be. He again told me he needed the nozzle assembly. (Can we say deaf?) Charlie then said "well I don't have a plasma cutter here today..." (at a frigging WELDING shop?! Good lord...), "but come back tomorrow around 9AM and I'll have the guy with the plasma cutter here." Well tomorrow came, and I waited for 2 hours for Charlie or "the guy" to show up. The receptionist told me that she didn't know who "the guy" was, but Charlie was on the road and not answering his phone.
