CALL ACE TAXI !!! NO ONE ELSE !!! ESPECIALLY NOT YELLOW CAB !!! Due to a broken ankle, Ive needed a taxi for 3 days now. I have had a handful of rides from Ace Taxi, meeting 3 different drivers. All 3 were VERY nice and courteous. They all greeted me at least, and offered or helped me with my stuff. One driver in particular, who has given me a ride 3 times now, even brought all my groceries all the way down the hallway at my apartment complex for me, when I was on crutches. I also left my cell phone in the car, and he brought it back for me! He remembers my stories and we continue our conversations! Prices are not bad at all. If you think it is too much, it is worth it for the service you get!!! ALWAYS CALL ACE! 244-1133!!!!‎

I am a 20 year old female who I had a traumatic experience dealing with Ace Taxi in Round Rock. I called for a ride from Austin to Hutto. When I arrived at my destination, I was told that my debit card was not an acceptable form of payment after they told me it would be just fine. Therefore, they asked me to pay in cash. When I told them the only form of payment I had was a debit card, the cab driver asked to come in and and said I could pay him another way. When I asked him what he meant, he said I could give him oral sex. At that point, I called the dispatcher who said I now owed them 27 dollars more than when I arrived because the meter was running as the cab driver waited outside my house, pacing back and forth in a frantic manner. The cab driver was cab number 51. Ace Taxi in Round Rock is unethical and propositioned me to exchange sexual favors for their service. I'm in the process of filing a complaint, and I'm writing this blog so hopefully I can prevent this from ...

They have a cool website now ! www.acetaxiroundrock.com I always use ACE Taxi; they have a friendly owner who loves to talk and receive comment about their services. I read the comments here and I think I have to say they are the best Local Company ever. Also they are the only cab service in round rock, Texas since 28 years ago. Ones I tried another service and you know what? They were out of taxi and they had ACE taxi to take me to my work that day! Even other competitive trust them! They always fair on price with me and my family. Never call yellow cab since they had my sister waiting 2 hours in downtown.‎
