Our A/C was down so I called ACE. The lady on the phone was friendly and well-spoken. They sent someone out the same day with no extra charge for Saturday, and their rates were affordable. Sam called to let us know when he was on the way and got here within the promised time-frame. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it right away, and was friendly and courteous while he was here. We'll definitely use them again!

Their diagnosis of the problem was incorrect and the quote for repairs was outrageous. I called a second plumber who diagnosed the problem and I fixed it myself for a fraction of the cost. Had ACE done the work they said was needed, it would have cost far more than I paid and still not have fixed the problem. I don't recommend them to anyone.
