I asked for a "ballpark estimate" (over the telephone) for installing an aftermarket performance exhaust. The price was very fair. I was pleasantly surprised when I dropped off my car in the morning, and they stuck to their ballpark estimate. Again, I was pleasantly surprised when they called me two hours later, and told me it was ready for pickup. I wasn't expecting it until the end of the day. When I picked it up, they took the time to share info about my new exhaust, including periodically checking the torque. It demonstrated to me that they take pride in their work and care about the long-term results.
