Horrible Experience!

I ordered roses for my parents anniversary and the wrong color rose was delivered. When I called about it I was told it was because they were out of what I had ordered. When I asked why I was not called to change the order I was given the run around. Not only were the wrong flowers delivered, they died the next day. I have now been trying for a week to get a refund for THIER mistake and all they will do is resend the flowers. The occasion has past. I do not want more roses. I have also been waiting for the owner/manager to call me and still have not recieved any contact. This is the worst experience ordering flowers I have ever had. I will never use again or recommend. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Awesome Florist!

I had a deilvery made to my best friend's apartment. I looked at their website online, and called the store so that I could make a few modifications. The florist was really helpful, and did as I asked.according to my bestie, the flowers were beautiful. I also called her to make sure she got them on time , and she did. Very good place for flowers!!!

The worst flowers I ever ordered

I ordered a birthday flowers for my fiance on may 6, 2010. I paid for $130 worth of flowers and bloon to bedelivered to her. The delivery man left the flowers in a security desk of a 16floors business building instead of bringing it directly to her like overs floorist. I gave the order taker to delivered the flowers before 5pm since she leave work at that time. I then called her co-worker to look for the flowers and found it at the security desk with noone there. Flowers look like a week old one of the blood was airless....i called the shop 3times to talk to someone regarding this matter and all 3 times they told me that the manager will call me back but never did. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE!!!

I went to Ace Flowers for Valentine's weekend and I showed up

I went to Ace Flowers for Valentine's weekend and I showed up with a picture of what I wanted for my girlfriend this special day. They helped me out, gave me some advice with the flowers I wanted (orquids) and I must say the gave me much more of what I had in mind. The design was modern and perfect. This people really know what they're doing. Thanks.
