Under investigation from the AZ Attorney General's Office. F rating with BBB. They take your money with a smile then never deliver product and comitt medicare fraud. BEWARE...don't do business with any company that Trista Lashley and Dawn Gruenwald (sunny dawn) are involved in.

I have 15 years experience as a Physical Therapist and only recently came onto the DME side of the medical profession. Never in my 15 years have I ever encountered an operation as dishonest as this company. I am working with a family in Bisbee who cannot sign off for a power chair that they ordered from me, because Accurate Mobility fraudently billed Medicare for a chair they never ordered. Accurate Mobility attempted to state that the family "changed their minds", but it should not matter as Medicare should never be billed until "services are received". I have attempted to obtain the necessary information to fullfill my order for this family. I have not received a single phone call back from Accurate Mobility. Please be careful when dealing with this company.‎

I was having knee surgery & needed a hospital bed, bedside commode, tub rails, & other items. I live in Oracle, & found out quickly that this was not going to be as easy as I thought! Accurate Mobility was the ONLY co. that called me back promptly! I spoke with a young lady who owns the business with her mother, she let me know that she would contact my Dr. to get the RX & paperwork for my insurance; although, she was very sweet and informative, I still wanted to talk to a few other companies also. I did end up talking to 3 other co...2 of which were VERY rude on the telephone & 1 that seemed like they had no idea what insurance would even pay for? When I told them that Accurate Mobility told me that my insurance WOULD pay for a semi-electric hospital bed and a bedside commode...that company said that, "Accurate Mobility has no idea what their talking about"! Also, ALL of the co I called stated there would be a delivery charge ranging from $100.00-$150.00 because I lived in Oracle, EXCEPT for Accurate Mobility!! I called Accurate Mobility back & again spoke with the "daughter" of the co. again, she assured me that my insurance WOULD in fact pay for the bed & commode & that the other items would not be covered; however, she had "used" tub rails, & the other items I wanted in her store, & that they would be happy to provide them free of charge, on loan!!! Everything was delivered 2 days later! Even though my Dr. did NOT complete the paperwork provided by Accurate Mobility in a timely matter, &, my ins. did in fact pay for exactly what Accurate Mobility said they would!! It turns out that other company had NO idea what THEY were talking about!! I found both women to be professional, kind, thoughtful, prompt and VERY easy to work with!! I would absolutely use them if the need arose in the future and would HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family!! In fact I am when I have the other knee done in 8 months!!! GREAT Job ladies and thank you for everything!!
