I called the Helpline and spoke to Karl
Kuchenbaker. He was rude, kept interrupting me and insulted my physician. When I defended my physician, Karl became more angry and hung up on me. I called the Helpline again to explain to them what had just happened and they stated that Karl is the only person who can help me and that they could connect me to him again. That's when I hung up.
Pros : N/A
Cons : It's odd that this is called a Helpline when in fact they do just the opposite.
