I was given a prescription for antibiotics but misplaced it. I called the clinic to have them call in my prescription to the pharmacy, but was told that if I want them to do that, I would have to come back in for another appointment. This was less than a week from my original appointment.

I went in there with a throat ache and the male nurse practitioner (NP) prescribed an expensive muscle relaxer. There are very few muscles in the throat, by the way. It was supposed to get better in three days, but it took a couple of weeks. The prescription did not have any effect. They kept putting me off when I wanted to discuss the bill, until I finally relented and paid it. They charged me about $238 for a five minute visit that nothing to ease my pain.

I took my boyfriend here on a Saturday morning for possible broken ribs. The male nurse moved at a snails pace and was a couple cards short of a full deck and the Doctor on duty was VERY unprofessional. She actually used the term "he's FOS (full of sh*t)". She did not seem to be listening to what we were saying either.
I will never go here again. I'd rather wait at the ER of the hospital!
