This agency wants your business and will say anything to get it. However, once they have it, they do not follow up and supervise their aids properly and management is more interested in protecting the company than servicing the clients properly. The quality of their aids is generally poor and the staff can be argumentative and difficult. Phone calls are often not returned, and people there tend to forget they are supposed to be working for the client's best interests, rather than their own weekly paycheck! I do not recommend them AT ALL.‎
