This is the absolute worst experience I have had with a tanning place. I purchased a package and was told by the employee that to upgrade to another bed would be either 5 or 10 dollars. I used this option 4 times and then when I went in the fifth time - i paid 5 dollars went to the room to tan and was asked (after completely undressing) to come back out. I was then informed that I would have to pay another 10 dollars to use the bed-that the 3 previous employees hadn't charged me enough. I said this is what I had been paying and the older woman who was an employee and VERY rude said I had to prove it in the contract. I said look at what I have been paying - and she said too bad I wasn't charged right before - the owner also could have cared less - I requested a refund after our discussion and she ssaid she ouldn't do that to just be grateful that I had gotten a good deal. RUDE and extremely poor customer service!!
