Before using electrolysis, I was bleaching and using depilatory
Before using electrolysis, I was bleaching and using depilatory creams. Tweezing made things worse. So I tried lasers--I was basically paying for the aesthetician to tweeze me after the "laser" treatment. Finally, I started electrolysis. It took me a while to discover the blend technique, and once I did, I needed treatments less frequently. I went from every week, to every two, then every month. Ninety percent of the original problem is gone, and the hairs that remain are mostly new ones that have yet to be treated, but these are usually fine. I simply trim them until my next treatment. They need one or two treatments and they never come back. Now I focus my treatment time on areas that never bothered me that much, like the fine hairs on my upper lip. Before electrolysis, my hair problem literally defined how I felt about my appearance. Now, I forget I ever had a hair problem. Having electrolysis is a life-saver. I know the hairs will never win!
