Above All Tattoo is awesome! The facility is very clean and well sanitized. You feel very welcome versus other tattoo places you go to and everyone is stuck up. The art is original. The artists are awesome. If you want an awesome tattoo and a great experience go to Above All in PB.

I came down from Carlsbad to get my tat, had to make an appointment and come back in 2 weeks before i could get it done, but it was worth the wait..It came out so Awsome!!!

Saturday my boyfriend dragged me to P.B. he wanted to get a tattoo really bad, well we went into about 10 tattoo shops, we only found 2 that were at a level we were both happy with..One was Guru tattoo and the other was Above All Tattoo...both shops were clean, and had an artistic level well above the rest.the others were just scary and seemed like they were stuck in the 80s. If you go shopping for tattoos ill save you hours that i put in..just go to either one of these shops..My BF got a awsome tattoo here and is going back next month for more. we had a great time at above all...

This is the first place I got my first two piercings, so at first I was satisfied and didn't know any better. However, after visiting many other piercing places, I look back and realize I could have spent my 80$ elsewhere. Although the piercer was friendly, he doesn't particularly stick out in my mind. The pricing is decent, but the jewelry selection if very sparse and the place overall is just empty and dull. I recommend going to the tattoo shop right next over for a much better experience.

me and my friends got tattooed here for my b-day everyone there was really fun and our tattoos came out awesome I would recommend this shop to anyone.
